CCS Bard: 7 over 14

The Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College is an exhibition and research center dedicated to the study of art and exhibition practices from the 1960s to the present. Upon graduation students organize and mount their final thesis exhibitions and projects. The program is specifically designed to deepen students understanding of the intellectual and practical tasks of curating exhibitions of contemporary art, particularly within the complex social and cultural situations of present-day arts institutions, and to help students improve their interpretive and critical writing. This publication accompanies the second round of thesis exhibitions on view, curated by Andrew Rebatta, Robin Selk, Leora Morinis, Amy Zion, Agatha Wara, Jutta Koether, Jenny Jaskey, and Helga Just Christoffersen.
